If you have choosen a DPD collection, this will bring a DPD pink swap it box. It contains all the packing to keep it safe, just place your laptop and charger into the pink box. It will then be sealed by the driver. If you choose to send the laptop yourself, We will send you a free label. Package the laptop in a box with padding to make sure it is safe to be in the courier network. What we don’t want is any damage to be made to your device. If you choose to drop the package of yourself at a Drop off point then we will give you an extra £5 on top of your price.
No, you don't have to pay a dime for any handling or postage charges. The laptop will be picked from your doorstep any day of your choice. If you choose to send it yourself, the postage is still free we will supply the label, and you will earn an extra £5 on top of your price.

If the device that we receive does not match the original description you gave, we will email you with a revised quote and let you know why we are revising it. This could be an increase or decrease in price depending on the results found. If you wish to proceed, we will process your device and issue payment. If you decline the revision, we will ship your item back to you free of charge. If you enter a laptop / Mac with the incorrect specifications and it is a Model/Year we no longer accept due to its age and it was not listed on any choices given, then you as the customer will be liable for the cost of shipping of £15.00. This will be payable before the Mac is returned to you.
